Brussels 1930 - Art Deco and Modernism by coach

Lasts 3h00

This three-hour guided tour by coach explores Brussels architecture in the inter-war period, including the Art Deco and Modernist styles. This tour shows the diversity and richness of the architectural heritage in districts such as Forest, Ixelles and Uccle in a variety of buildings, including churches, apartment buildings, villas and “ocean liner” buildings. This tour also gives an opportunity to visit two exceptional interiors: the former National Broadcasting Centre by Joseph Diongre (now the Flagey Arts Centre) and the Van Buuren House and Museum, two landmarks of Art Deco in Brussels.
