Brussels is Art Nouveau

Brussels, capital of Art Nouveau directions_walk

Lasts 2h30

The Art Nouveau style of architecture was first seen in the district around the Avenue Louise in Brussels. From Victor Horta’s Tassel House, a veritable manifesto for the style, to the more geometric designs of Paul Hankar, this visit explores the context of the style’s creation in Brussels. You will explore some spectacular facades and also the interior of Victor Horta’s former home, studio and workshops, now the Horta Museum and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
